10 minute breakfast Burrito

This breakfast burrito is the best savory breakfast for when you don’t have a ton of time!

 
 

Ingredients:

1 egg and 1 egg white

1 carb balance tortilla

2 tbsp black beans

1 tbsp bottled salsa

1/4 of an avocado

2 tbsp low fat shredded cheese

salt and pepper

Directions:

Step #1:

Scramble your eggs in a pan.

Step #2

Place your eggs on your tortilla and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.

Step #3

Add in the black beans, salsa, avocado, and lastly the shredded cheese.

Step #4

Fold up your burrito (visual of this process can be seen in the video tutorial), then place it on the pan with a spray of olive oil and let both sides crisp up
