2 min PB chocolate Protein Pancake
This is one of my most popular recipes! Its too easy and will satisfy your sweet cravings while also keeping you full!
Ingredients:
Batter:
1/2 cup protein pancake mix (I like birch benders and kodiak cakes)
1 tbsp PB fit powder
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
1/2 cup almond milk (or water)
1 tbsp SF chocolate chips
Toppings:
1 tbsp PB Fit (mixed with 1.5 tbsp water)
1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
Directions:
Step #1:
In a small bowl mix the batter ingredients, aside from the chocolate chips. Then pour the batter into a microwave safe bowl and sprinkle your chocolate chips on top.
Step #2
Microwave
If you use birch benders microwave for 1:30
If you use kodiak cakes microwave for 2:30
Step #3
Drizzle on your syrup and pb fit mixture on top and enjoy!
(you can add in egg whites for more protein!!)
