2 minute pumpkin spice protein pancake

This protein pancake bowl is super delicious and is even dorm friendly for those that only have a microwave!

 
 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup kodiak cakes mix

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon

3 tbsp pumpkin puree

1/3 cup almond milk

1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

1 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips

1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

Directions:

Step #1:

In a microwave safe bowl mix all of your ingredients except for the chocolate chips and maple syrup.

Step #2

Sprinkle on your chocolate chips on top and microwave for 2 minutes.

Step #3

Drizzle on the maple syrup and enjoy!
