Acai Bowl
This açaí bowl is super simple and definitely a money saving alternative to a store bought version!
Ingredients:
1 packet of frozen açaí
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen blueberries (can be substituted for a few strawberries)
water (to blend)
Directions:
Step#1:
Combine all ingredients into your blender cup.
Step#2:
blend, mixing around the ingredients and adjusting the amount of water if necessary
Step#3:
Serve creamy açaí base into a bowl and pair it with your favorite toppings!
