Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

These Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies are incredible you will be tempted to eat the whole batch!

 
 

Ingredients:

7 tbsp (52g) Coconut Oil

2/3 (109g) cup Coconut Sugar

1 Egg

1/2 tbsp (5g) Vanilla Extract

1 1/2 cups (195g) Almond Flour

1/2 cup (51g) Coconut Flour

1 tbsp (7.5g) Corn Starch

1/2 tsp (3g) Baking Soda

1/2 cup (91g) Dark Chocolate Chips

Pinch of salt


Note: If you don' have coconut flour, then you can sub it for more almond flour

Directions:

Step#1:

Preheat oven to 350°F

Step#2:

Add in all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and combine well.

Step#3:

Divide the dough into 12 cookies on a tray lined with parchment paper- make sure to flatten them out with a spoon. Sprinkle each cookie with a little bit of salt.

Step #4

Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
