Apple pie overnight oats

This apple pie overnight oats recipe is a super tasty on the go breakfast for apple pie lovers!

 
 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats

1/2 scoop (16g) protein powder

1/2 cup (120ml) almond milk

1 tbsp (15g) sugar free syrup

1/4 tsp cinnamon

pinch of salt

Toppings:

1 small apple chopped

2 tbsp (32g) vanilla greek yogurt

1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

Dash of cinnamon

Directions:

Step #1:

In a jar or container, mix all of the ingredients.

Step #2

Refrigerate the mix overnight.

Step #3

Chop up your apple and layer it on top of the oats along with the greek yogurt and the maple syrup and cinnamon
