Banana Bread Muffin Bites

These banana bread muffin bites are the best snack to prep and have throughout the week. They can also be prepared in larger muffin tins and eaten for breakfast!

 
 

Ingredients:

1 cup oat flour

2 ripe bananas (mashed)

2 eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup

Directions:

Step#1:

Preheat oven to 350°F

Step#2:

Add in all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and combine well

Step#3

Divide into a mini muffin tin (make sure to spray your pan) It should make 24 muffins - you can find the tray that I used on my amazon finds page!

Step #4

Bake the muffins at 350°F for 20-25 minutes

Step #5

Enjoy and store leftovers in a container!
