Berry Chia Jam

This berry chia jam is super simple and is the perfect topping for pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt & more!

 
 

Ingredients:

 1 Cup Frozen Berries

1 Cup Hot Water

1/2 cup Chia Seeds

1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions:

Step #1:

Combine all of the ingredients into a jar.

Step #2:

Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Step #3:

Use as a topping for oatmeal, PB&J, Yogurt, & More
