Birthday Cake Protein Bites
These protein bites are the perfect snack that can be whipped up in just a few minutes!
Ingredients:
1 scoop (31g) Vanilla Whey Protein (I use optimum nutrition)
1/4 cup (22g) Oat flour
2 1/2 tbsp (37g) Vanilla greek yogurt
1 1/2 tsp (6g) Rainbow Sprinkles
Optional Add ins:
splash of vanilla extract
stevia or other sweetener substitute
Directions:
Step #1:
Mix together all of your ingredients in a bowl, leaving out the sprinkles. You may have to use your hands, and it might seem a bit sticky. Once you do so, cut the dough into 5 balls.
Step #2:
Now you can roll the dough into 5 balls. I recommend washing & wetting your hands because it will ensure that your hands don’t completely stick to the dough.
Step #3:
Lastly, you can dump your sprinkles on to a plate and roll each of the balls into the sprinkles and rolling them in a bit to make sure they stick on.
