Black bean Brownie

These black bean brownies are super fudgy and will satisfy your sweet tooth without guilt!

Ingredients:

1 can drained black beans

1/3 cup - 1/2 cup honey (can also use maple syrup for a vegan version)

1/2 cup oats

2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract

pinch of salt

1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

Step#1:

Preheat oven to 350F

Step#2:

Blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a strong blender or a food processor until smooth and well combined.

Step#3:

fold in chocolate chips & spread evenly into a prepared 8x8 baking dish.

Step#4:

bake for 15 minutes and allow brownies to set for at least 5-10 minutes before serving
