Breakfast quesadillas
This breakfast quesadilla is one of my favorite breakfasts because its super easy but also tastes insanely good!!
Ingredients:
1 egg and 2 egg whites
2 mini bell peppers
1 carb balance tortilla
1/3 cup low fat shredded cheese
2 tbsp black beans
salt and pepper
Directions:
Step #1:
Scramble your eggs in a small bowl or cup and mix in your 2 mini bell peppers (diced up). Add in some salt and pepper as well!!
Step #2
Place your eggs on your pan allow the first side to cook, then flip it when you are able to. Then on top throw on your tortilla. Flip again when the second side of the eggs has cooked.
Step #3
On top of the eggs add on your cheese and black beans.
Step #4
Fold your quesadilla in half, then cook on both sides, allowing your cheese to melt and your tortilla to get crispy!
