Breakfast Sandwich

This breakfast sandwich is my go-to breakfast to keep me full on a busy day. It can easily be customized to your liking!

Ingredients:

2 slices Dave’s Killer Bread thinly sliced

1 egg & 2 egg whites

1 tbsp lowfat shredded mexican blend cheese

1/4 avocado

handful of greens

3-4 slices of tomato

salt & pepper

Directions:

Step#1:

Toast your bread to your liking.

Step#2:

In a pan add in your eggs and scramble them. Then once it’s fully cooked, sprinkle on the cheese, letting it melt with the lid on.

Step#3:

On one of your toast slices mash the avocado. On the other slice lay down your eggs, greens, tomato, and salt/pepper.

Step #4

Close up your sandwich and slice in half!
