Breakfast Taquitos

Breakfast should be exciting but also easy and quick. That being said, these high protein, high fiber breakfast taquitos are a must try!!

 
 

Ingredients:

1 egg

2 egg whites

2 medium carb balance tortillas

2 tbsp (24g) black beans

2 tsp (4g) low fat mexican blend shredded cheese

salt & pepper

hot sauce

olive oil spray

Directions:

Step#1:

Start off by scrambling your eggs in a pan with salt and pepper.

Step#2:

Lay out your tortillas dividing the eggs on top of both. Divide your beans and your cheese amongst the top of the eggs, finishing it off with hot sauce (optional).

Step#3:

Roll up your wraps like a taquito, then lightly spray them with olive oil.

Step#4:

Throw them into the airfryer at 400F for 5-7 mins or in the oven on the broil setting for 5-10 minutes.
