Buffalo Cauliflower

This buffalo cauliflower recipe is super delicious and requires a few simple ingredients !

Ingredients:

1 bag or 1 head of cauliflower (broken into pieces)

olive oil (about 2 tbsp)

sprinkle of onion salt- trader joe's (if not use some garlic powder & onion powder)

sprinkle of paprika

salt & pepper

1/2 tablespoon of olive oil butter or regular butter (melted)

1/3 cup buffalo sauce

1/4 cup Franks Red Hot

Directions:

Step#1:

Place your cauliflower pieces into a medium mixing bowl coat with olive oil.

Step#2:

Sprinkle the onion salt, salt, pepper & paprika on to the cauliflower and mix well

Step#3:

Place on a greased tray or parchment paper in the oven or air fryer at 450° for 10 minutes

Step#4:

While it bakes mix the butter, buffalo sauce, and Franks Red Hot together in a small mixing bowl.

Step#5:

Remove cooked cauliflower from the oven/ air fryer and transfer into a medium or large mixing bowl and evenly coat with buffalo sauce mixture.

Step#6:

Bake or air fry again at 450° for 15 minutes or until the cauliflower is browned or crispy.

Step #7:

Serve and enjoy!
