Buffalo chicken Taquitos

These buffalo chicken taquitos are a pretty popular recipe on my tiktok page. They’re super easy and delicious!

 
 

Ingredients:

2 medium (45cal) carb balance tortillas

52g shredded chicken breast (I used a pre cooked rotisserie chicken)

1 tbsp buffalo sauce

1/4 cup low fat shredded cheese

salt and pepper

Ranch dip:

2 tbsp greek yogurt

ranch seasoning

(water to thin it out)

Directions:

Step #1:

In a bowl mix your shredded chicken with your buffalo sauce.

Step #2

lay out your tortillas and divide your chicken onto both and sprinkle the cheese on top.

Step #3

Roll up your taquitos, place them in the air fryer and spray them with olive oil spray. Airfry at 375F for 7 minutes, then serve with the ranch dip!
