Air Fryer Chicken Taquitos

These air fried chicken taquitos are a delicious high protein meal that makes eating healthy super exciting!

 
 

Ingredients:

2 Carb balance tortillas

3oz cooked chicken breast

2 tbsp (32g) black beans

1/4 cup chopped tomatoes

1/4 cup (28g) lowfat shredded mexican blend cheese

hot sauce

olive oil spray

Directions:

Step #1:

Lay out your tortillas and fill them with the chicken, black beans, tomatoes, and cheese, then roll them up

Step #2

Place them in your air fryer and give them a light spray of olive oil. Air fry for 7-8 mins at 350F

Step #3

Serve with hot sauce and other dips of choice!
