Cinnamon Roll bites

These cinnamon roll bites are the perfect single serve dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth. It only requires 5 main ingredients!!

 
 

Ingredients:

1/3 cup (30g) Oat Flour

3 1/2 tbsp (52g) Vanilla Greek Yogurt (I use Oikos triple zero)

1/4 tsp Baking Powder

Cinnamon sugar mixture:

1 tbsp (10g) 0 Calorie Sweetener (I use erythritol)

1/4 tsp (1g) Cinnamon

1 tbsp (15g) vanilla greek yogurt (optional for the top)

Directions:

Step #1:

Start out by combining the 1/3 cup of oat flour with the 3 1/2 tbsp of vanilla greek yogurt until it forms a nice dough consistency. You may have to adjust the ratio if it is too dry or too sticky.

Step #2:

Roll out the dough into a flat sheet & spray the dough surface lightly with oil and sprinkle on the cinnamon sugar mixture.

Step #3:

Then roll the cinnamon sugar covered dough into a long roll and slice it into smaller pieces

Step #4:

bake at 350 F for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown on the top
