Crispy cinnamon granola

This granola is the perfect snack and topping for smoothie bowls, yogurt bowls, and more!

Ingredients:

2 Cups Oats

Pinch of Salt

1/4 Tsp Cinnamon

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil

1/4 Cup Maple Syrup

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seeds (optional)


Directions:

Step#1:

Preheat oven to 350°F

Step#2:

Add in all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and combine well

Step#3:

Spread oat mixture evenly on a baking tray

Step #4

Bake the granola for about 15 minutes or until the oats are a golden brown color

Step #5

Once the granola has cooled store it in an airtight container.
