Double Chocolate Banana Muffins
These fluffy chocolate chip muffins are a perfect snack to satisfy your sweet tooth! The recipe is simple, easy-to-do, and takes no longer than 10 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to bake.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup Oats or Oat Flour
2 Ripe Bananas
1 Eggs
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Avocado Oil
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Cacao Powder
1 tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips - optional
Directions:
Step #1:
After preheating your oven to 350°, blend all of the ingredients - except for the chocolate chips

Scoop batter evenly into lined muffin tray (8 muffins) and sprinkle with a couple of chocolate chips .
Step #3
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the muffins are fully cooked.
