Everything Bagels
These everything bagels only require 5 simple ingredients and are super fluffy!
This recipe makes 4 traditional sized bagels.
Ingredients:
1 cup Whole Wheat or Plain flour
1 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 egg
1 tsp water
Directions:
Step #1:
Preheat your oven 425°. Mix all of the ingredients - excluding the egg and water.
Step #2:
The ingredients should form a dough that isn't very sticky. Feel free to add more flour if necessary.
Step #3:
Roll the dough into 4 bagels and lay each of them out on a piece of parchment paper.
Step #4:
In a separate bowl whisk the egg and the water to make an egg wash. Coat your bagels with the egg wash.
Step #5:
Coat each bagel with the egg wash. Then, sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Step #6:
Bake your bagels at 425°F for 25 minutes.
Make sure to store your bagels in the fridge if not eaten because they contain yogurt. When reheating toast or microwave your bagels.
