Funfetti Baked Oats
This funfetti baked oats recipe is super simple, high in protein, and a super fun breakfast!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (45g) Oats
2 tbsp (10g) Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 cup (120g) Milk (any milk - I like to use unsweetened almond or coconut milk)
1 tbsp (17g) Greek Yogurt - can substitute it with non dairy yogurt
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp (1.2g) Baking Powder
1/2 tsp (2g) Vanilla Extract
1 tsp (4g) Rainbow Sprinkles
Directions:
Step #1:
Blend all of the ingredients excluding the sprinkles.
Step #2:
Pour batter into a greased baking dish, top with sprinkles, and bake at 350° for about 15 minutes.
Step #3:
Serve with toppings of choice and enjoy!
