Green Smoothie
This delicious green smoothie is super refreshing and is a great way to get in your daily dose of greens! It is super simple, quick, and customizable
Ingredients:
1 large handful of spinach
1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
1/2 cup of frozen mango
1/2 cup of ice
water (to blend)
OPTIONAL:
2 tbsp of greek yogurt
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
Fruit juice
Directions:
Step#1:
Add in all of the ingredients into a blender cup.
Step#2:
Blend until all ingredients are mixed well adjusting the amount of water/juice if necessary.
Step#3:
Pour smoothie in a glass and enjoy!
