Healthy crepes
These crepes taste just like regular crepes, but are healthy and take less than 20 minutes to make!
Ingredients:
Batter:
1/2 cup (45g) oats
1 egg
1/2 tbsp (7g) 0 calorie sweetener of choice
1/2 tsp (1g) vanilla extract
1/2 cup (120g) almond milk
pinch of salt
oil spray for your pan
Maple Cinnamon Whip Topping:
1/4 cup (56g) vanilla greek yogurt
2 tbsp (30ml) SF maple syrup
dash of cinnamon
Toppings:
3 strawberries
1/2 banana sliced
Directions:
Step#1:
Blend all of the batter ingredients together until it is a smooth consistency. The batter should be runny, so don’t worry!
Step#2:
Pour the batter into a greased pan and let it coat the pan so that it gets nice and flat. This should work for 2 crepes. They cook pretty quickly but make sure you cook it on both sides until it starts to get a little golden brown.
Step#3:
Fill it with your maple cinnamon whip and your toppings!!
