Healthy Crunchwrap
This healthy crunchwrap is a great alternative to taco bell!
Ingredients:
1 pack of ground chicken (you can also use turkey or beef)
1/2 pack of taco seasoning
1 small handful romaine lettuce chopped
1 tbsp (12g) black beans
1/4 roma tomato chopped
1 tortilla chip
1 full size carb balance tortilla & the center of another carb balance tortilla
1 tbsp (5g) shredded cheese
1/4 avocado mixed w 2 tsp lemon juice
Directions:
Step #1:
Prepare your meat with a spray of oil on a pan. Then when it is fully cooked, mix in your taco seasoning.
Step#2:
On your tortilla, layer up your ingredients, for your taco meat you will only need 1/4 cup (42g) for each wrap, so save the rest for the remainder of the week!
Step#3:
Once you fill it up wrap the sides into the center placing the center of another tortilla to help it stay shut :)
Step #4:
Using a panini press, cook the crunchwrap until it is warmed up and crispy on the outside! You can try doing this in the airfryer or on a greased pan!
