Healthy Imposters: starbucks egg bites

These Starbucks egg bite remakes are an easy, healthy, money saving alternative that only requires a few ingredients!

 
 

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups (278g) Egg Whites

5 baby mushrooms

10 cherry tomatoes

large handful of spinach- chopped

Spices:

Onion Salt

Salt & Pepper

cayenne pepper

Directions:

Step #1:

Mix together your ingredients in a large mixing bowl

Step #2:

Divide the mixture into a greased mini muffin tin. I made 22 mini muffins.

Step #3:

Bake the muffins at 375F for 15- 25 mins

Save in the refrigerator for up to 4 days
