High protein Buffalo chicken Dip

These mini banana muffin bites are the perfect snack to keep in the fridge for when you need something sweet!

 
 

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

2 eggs

splash of vanilla extract

1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup

1 cup oat flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon

In a large or medium mixing bowl, mix together all of the following ingredients

Divide the batter into a mini muffin tray - this makes 24 muffins

Step #3

Bake the muffins at 350F for 20-25 mins
