High Protein Fried rice

This high protein fried rice is a quick and easy meal that will curb your takeout cravings!

 
 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (90g) Frozen cauliflower rice

1/2 cup (124g) cooked white rice

1/2 cup (125g) mixed frozen veggies (peas, carrots, corn blend)

1 egg

1/3 cup (74g) liquid egg whites

1. 5 tbsp (32g) soy sauce

Garlic powder, salt, pepper

Directions:

Step #1:

Prepare your veggies as directed on the packaging.

Step #2

Heat up a pan with a spray of olive oil and place the cauliflower rice in the pan (it can be fresh or frozen). Cook until tender.

Step #3

Add in the cooked white rice and the mixed veggies

Step #4

Create a well in the center for your egg and your egg whites. Scramble them in the center, then mix when they are fully cooked.

Step #5

Mix in soy sauce and spices

(you can add in chicken for more protein!!)
