Loaded Quesadillas
These loaded quesadillas are a delicious and healthy lunch to have when you don’t have a ton of ingredients at home!
Ingredients:
2 carb balance tortillas
1/4 (28g) shredded cheese
1/2 cup (70g) rotisserie chicken
1/2 roma tomato
a few pieces of cilantro
hot sauce
Directions:
Step #1:
lay out both of your tortillas and divide the ingredients among both tortillas.
Step #2:
Fold the quesadillas.
Step #3:
Grab a pan and spray it with some olive oil. Then place your quesadillas on the pan cooking both sides until golden brown and allowing the cheese to melt.
