Marbled Banana Bread Muffins

These muffins are super fluffy and a healthier banana bread option!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup oats

2 ripe bananas

1 egg

1/4 cup applesauce

1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 teaspoons cacao powder

Directions:

Step #1:

After preheating your oven to 350°, add all of the ingredients except for the cacao to your blender and blend until fully combined.

Step #2:

Split mixture in half. To one half add the Cacao and mix well.

Step #3:

Pour plain batter into muffin tins and divide chocolate batter evenly on top of each muffin - Should make about 7 muffins. Use a toothpick or chopstick to marble the batter.

Step #5

bake for 20 minutes, or until the muffins are fully cooked.
