Peanut Butter chocolate Smoothie bowl
This PB chocolate smoothie bowl is guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth while also being healthy! Its a great dessert or even a breakfast!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (120 ml) Almond Milk
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (I use optimum nutrition)
1 tbsp (8g) Peanut Butter Powder (can be subbed for a tbsp of regular peanut butter)
3/4 cup (108g) Ice
1/2 Frozen Banana
pinch of Xanthan Gum (optional but highly recommended)
Optional Pb chocolate drizzle:
1 tbsp (8g) Peanut Butter Powder
1 tsp (2g) Cocoa Powder
water to thin it out

Directions:
Step #1:
Blend all of the ingredients for the smoothie base until smooth and creamy.
Step #2:
Pour your smoothie into a bowl and top with your favorite granola, cereal, cacao nibs, chocolate chips, etc. (I also included an optional recipe for a chocolate PB drizzle above <3)
