Protein Coffee Ice Blended
This coffee ice blended is high in protein and a healthy alternative to a normal ice blended drink!
Ingredients:
Double shot espresso
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 1/2 cups Ice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
Directions:
Step#1:
Add in all of the ingredients into a blender cup.
Step#2:
Blend until all ingredients are mixed well adjusting the amount of milk if necessary.
Step#3:
Pour in a glass and enjoy!
