Pumpkin spice Baked Oats

These baked oats are warm, gooey, crispy and smell like heaven!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats

1 tablespoon pumpkin puree

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

pinch of salt

1/2 cup of almond milk

1 teaspoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon ground flax seeds



Directions:

Step #1:

Mix all of the ingredients together

Step #2:

Place into a greased baking dish and bake at 350° for about 15 minutes

Step #3:

Top with your favorite toppings (nut butter, greek yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon, banana slices, chia seeds, etc.) and enjoy!
