Single serve Blueberry Muffin
This single serve blueberry muffin is a great, light, filling, and quick high protein breakfast!

Ingredients:
Batter:
1/3 cup (35g) oats
2 tbsp (30g) vanilla greek yogurt
2 tbsp (32g) applesauce
1/4 tsp (1g) baking powder
1/2 tsp (2g) vanilla extract
2 tbsp (30g) vanilla whey protein
2 tsp (8g) 0 cal sweetener
Add ins:
2 tbsp (20g) blueberries
Directions:
Step#1:
Blend all of the batter ingredients.
Step#2:
Pour it in a small greased baking dish, or a couple of muffin tins. The mini dish that I use can be found on my Amazon Finds page!!
Step#3:
Place the blueberries on top.
Step#4:
Bake at 350F for 15-20 mins
