Fish Taco Salad bowl
This healthy fish taco salad is amazing! It is a perfect healthy and tasty lunch or dinner!!
Ingredients:
3.5 oz salmon filet
Juice of half of a lemon
olive oil spray
salt, pepper, paprika
2 large handfuls of arugula or spinach
2 tbsp (8g) chopped red onion
1/2 roma tomato
1/4 avocado
2 tortilla chips
Homemade Lemon Cilantro Dressing:
1.5 tbsp (21g) lemon juice
1 tsp (2g) olive oil
a few pieces of cilantro
salt and pepper
Directions:
Step #1:
Spray your salmon lightly with olive oil, then drizzle the lemon juice on top. Add on your favorite spices, I used paprika, salt, and pepper, then throw it in the air fryer at 375f for 12-15 minutes
Step #2:
While it’s cooking, assemble your salad bowl with your greens, tomatoes, onions, avocado, and tortilla chips.
Step #3:
Then you can place your cooked salmon on top and drizzle it with your homemade lemon cilantro dressing.
