Protein French Toast
French toast has to be one of my favorite breakfasts, but when upping the protein, it can make that plain plate of french toast more filling and satisfying.

Ingredients:
French Toast:
1/4 cup (60ml) almondmilk
1/3 cup (47g) egg whites
2 slices of whole wheat toast (I used Dave’s killer bread thinly sliced 70 cal bread)
dash of cinnamon
Protein Fluff:
1/2 scoop (15g) protein powder of choice
1/4 cup (56g) vanilla greek yogurt
Other toppings:
2 tbsp (30ml) SF maple syrup
2-3 strawberries
2-3 blackberries
Directions:
Step#1:
Mix your eggs, almond milk, and cinnamon in a bowl. Then, dip both slices of toast in the egg mixture.
Step#2:
Once that is done, you can cook your french toast on a greased pan until both sides are golden brown.
Step #3:
In a small bowl prepare your protein fluff by combining the greek yogurt and protein powder.
Step #4
Top your french toast off with the fluff, berries, and sugar free maple syrup
feel free to spice it up and add your favorite toppings
