I tried filming a week of healthy breakfasts and this is how it went!!

 




Breakfast Sandwich

This breakfast sandwich is a super easy and balanced breakfast. If you are tired of plain eggs, this is a great way to spice it up in the morning!


 


 
 


Healthy Crepes

These crepes taste just like regular crepes, but are healthy and take less than 20 minutes to make!


 


 
 



Single serve High Protein Blueberry muffin

This single serve blueberry muffin is a great, light, filling, and quick high protein breakfast!

Breakfast Taquitos

Breakfast should be exciting but also easy and quick. That being said, these high protein, high fiber breakfast taquitos are a must try!!

 


 
 


Apple Pie Chia Seed pudding

Chia seeds are known for their high fiber and omega-3 fatty acid content. Drinking it in water didn’t do it for me, but this chia seed pudding definitely did :)

 


 
 


Waffle Maker Egg bites

These waffle maker egg bites are a super quick & nutritious 5 minute meal prep breakfast!

 


 
 


Protein French Toast

French toast has to be one of my favorite breakfasts, but when upping the protein, it can make that plain plate of french toast more filling and satisfying.
